Shipping within Canada

For standard shipping, we choose Canada Post, and reimburse part or all of the shipping cost. If you would like BalancePro insoles to be shipped to you, please choose “Standard shipping to my address” as the delivery option when buying online.

All products will be shipped within two (2) business days of receiving your order. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us (email or phone). Extra fee may apply.

Shipping to the United States or Internationally

We ship BalancePro to the United States. Please contact us (email or phone) to place an order, and provide us your detailed shipping address. We will advise you the delivery cost. If you have already placed an order online, we will contact you to adjust the shipping fee.

Please note that while Canadian taxes are not applied, you would be responsible for applicable (if any) customs duties, brokerage fees and local taxes.
